About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team in British Columbia. This is a full-time opportunity for a physician committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred medical care in a professional and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and ongoing patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients regarding their health, treatment options, preventative care, and wellness.
- Follow applicable British Columbia healthcare standards, regulations, and professional requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, patient safety, and ethical practice.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Eligible for or currently holding registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
- Eligible to practise medicine in British Columbia.
- Current professional liability coverage, as required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centred care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
