We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team in Edmonton, Alberta. We are looking for a physician who is committed to delivering excellent patient care and building strong, lasting relationships with patients and colleagues.
This is a full-time opportunity within a supportive and professional clinical environment.
Key Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
- Provide ongoing management of chronic and acute conditions.
- Deliver preventive healthcare and patient education.
- Arrange consultations, investigations, and specialist referrals when appropriate.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, specialists, and other members of the care team.
- Participate in quality improvement and maintain current clinical knowledge.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or equivalent medical degree.
- Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
- Eligible to practise medicine in Alberta.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
